Meet Joe

Welcome to my site!   My journey in carpentry began in Missouri at just six old, working alongside my father, a skilled trim carpenter and homebuilder. By the age of  eight, I was earning money for first motorcycle, learning the craft by nailing baseboards during summer and school breaks.   Over the years, I’ve tackled countless projects, from building new homes to remodeling houses dating back to 1883, gaining invaluable experience along the way.   With a passion for building everything, especially homes, I’ve had the privilege of working at notable companies like Sunlighten, IRS, and Bank of , City Hall of Kansas City, and even had projects for Douglas County, Marriott Hotels in Denver, and John Curtis Designs in Colorado.  The two projects that are the most memorable to me, is the Log Cabin in Shell Knob Missouri.  That was 378 logs that me and one other person hand peeled with draw knives, and built a 6000 square foot cabin from the trees off the land.  Footers to Roof, we built it all just the two of us.  Most of all, The Rock Church in Castle Rock Colorado, this was the start of the amazing journey of who i am today.  Each and every project taught me more and more about construction and how a building operates and how its flawed.

Today, i bring the knowledge of all these projects that ranged a laborer to project management and superintendent, and contracting as owner.  The scope of work  was diverse as new construction, remodeling, tenant finish to emergency service and water, fire and mold restoration and remediation.  Both Residential and Commercial to large and small, i have been apart of this field for 46 years.  My first inspections on paper started back in 2020.  My goal, is to bring all this to a company that i want the core value to be known as loyal, and yeah, allegiant, to its clients.  I proud to say to people, that I have never had clients, we always ended up friends!
